About Me
You are probably reading this page trying to find out more about me and how I have built an online six figure business from my home in England…
If so then you need to spend some time reading the posts on this Blog to get a better picture. However here is some background information on me. BUT please note that whilst I am a “tech guy” ANYONE can achieve what I have done online if they have passion and are prepared to work at it!
…and the SiteBuildIt private forums are FULL of folks like me who are even willing to help you and motivate you when things look hard. SiteBuildIt really is a family of successful small business minded folk who love to help one another!
A bit about Me:
Marc gave up his full time job as an IT manager in the summer of 2004 (thanks to using SiteBuildIt) and has worked full time ever since supporting the “online small business community” in getting the most out of their Microsoft products and services. (Marc has received the Microsoft MVP award in 2004/5/6/7/8). In addition he provides consultancy to small businesses looking to understand Social Media Marketing, Video Search and Web 3.0 technologies.
As well as Windows Vista & XP, Marc is also an expert in Windows Digital Media and in 2004 created the popular Windows XP utility - SHERLOCK The CODEC Detective. (now over 1 million downloads!)
In 2007 Marc co-created an application for small businesses to utilise the Amazon.com S3 storage network (called “Data Bucket Pro“), as well as the worlds 1st offline utility for creating Google Video Sitemaps (called “Video Sitemap Pro“.)
Marc also has many years practical experience in working with online video and other forms of “social media” inc. RSS, Blogs, Podcasting and Social Media Marketing. He is also passionate about helping small businesses leverage these technologies for profit!
However his Main passion will always be showing others how to build an online business that works 
If, after all this, he has any spare time Marc likes to play the HALO trilogy of games on his XBOX 360…
